Pizza Delivery Made Easy

Author: Outdoor-Fun

While in college, I lived in New York City, and had a job at McGrady’s Colossal Pizza.  Evan McGrady himself was one of the coolest bosses I ever had; he was strict about pizzas being delivered on time, but he was always courteous, funny, and passionate about his work. When I started at McGrady’s Colossal Pizza, I had a regular old bike to deliver pizzas, and when someone ordered the 22-inch colossal pizza—for which McGrady’s was famous悠 had a lot of trouble carrying it on my bicycle. Evan told me that his previous delivery boy had used an electric bike to save time and energy on pedaling.

I expected to have the job at McGrady’s for a while, so I bought a folding electric bike for myself and used it to deliver pizzas.  The electric bike worked out great!  I never found myself out of breath again (except after climbing eight story apartment buildings!).  In addition, McGrady gave me a raise because he knew I had spent money on the electric bike and he also thought I was doing a great job!

Electric Scooter Adventure

Author: Outdoor-Fun

I went on vacation to San Francisco to visit a friend last year, and when I arrived I realized that I had forgotten to rent a car! My friend picked me up from the airport and had a car himself, but I couldn’t tell him to drive me around all the time. He had to work a few days during the week, and while he was at work I just wanted to tour the area but preferably not on a bus.  My friend, whose name is David, told me that he had a folding electric scooter at his home, and I thought…well I could use that.  It turned out that the electric powered scooter was awesome! It went about 15 MPH, which was perfect for the busy streets he lived on, with the traffic, most cars never went above 15 MPH.

I used my friend’s electric powered scooter to tour the town, see the sights, and even make a few purchases.  I liked using his scooter so much, that when I returned home after a couple weeks, I bought my own!

What a Nice Folding Electric Bike

Author: Lee

I really like this folding electric bike that has locking storage and all the lights and signals that you need plus it folds so you can put it in RV storage areas or the trunk of your car plus it is a kick in the pants to ride.

This scooter has an over sized seat that you will soon feel the comfort after you ride for awhile.  The scooter is a full power electric scooter with its 36 volt batteries and will surprise you with its peppy power.  You can stop on your way to shop and lock up your scooter while you enjoy yourself.

Mountain Biking for Everyone

Author: Outdoor-Fun

Mountain biking can be fun for all ages of people, and with new technologies, is accessible to most anyone.  Recently companies have developed mountain bikes that have small electric motors which typically operate on the rear tire.  These electric mountain bikes can greatly assist getting up and over difficult terrain, making mountain bike trails only accessible to extraordinarily fit individuals usable to anyone.

In addition, electric bikes do require pedaling assistance, so you can still get quite a workout even as the bike is propelling you across terrain. They’re also great for riding in urban locations or just around the block with friends and family.
